I accidentally deleted some essential files, and I saw them in the Recycle Bin when I deleted them. Is there any way I can get them back? They are photos, documents, and some videos in the Recycle Bin before I emptied them.

Suppose you previously emptied your Recycle Bin, don't worry. It's possible for you to recover a previously emptied Recycle Bin. The easiest way to get your lost/deleted files back is by utilizing a data recovery tool such as Panda Data Recovery Wizard.
Suppose you want to recover deleted files from Recycle Bin. In this case, the shorter the interval after deleting the file, the easier it is to retrieve the original file without losing data. On the contrary, the longer the time, the easier the deleted file data will be overwritten by new data. So if you wish to recover a previously emptied Recycle Bin, do it as soon as possible.
Follow the steps below to recover files from Recycle Bin after empty:
Step 1. Install and open the Panda recovery software on your Windows PC, and choose the partition in which your Recycle Bin files are stored.
Step 2. Click 'Scan' to view all files in the selected partition, including the lost/deleted files and existing files.
Step 3. Choose the Recycle Bin files you want to restore, click 'Recover' to get them back, and select a new location to save them.
To avoid data loss in the future, you can keep frequent backups. For example, you can enable file history to back up your pictures, videos, documents, music, desktop folders, etc. Or, you can manually upload essential files on cloud-based drives, such as OneDrive.
